Job Salary: $125k-$155k (DOE)

Position Overview
The Tax Senior will be responsible for providing high-quality tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing primarily on S-Corporations and Partnerships. This role involves leading tax compliance and consulting projects, ensuring accurate and timely filings, and supporting clients with strategic tax planning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for S-Corporations and Partnerships.
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to clients, including tax planning and strategy development.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members, promoting their professional development.
- Stay updated on current tax legislation and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation for tax filings.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of tax implications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in tax accounting, preferably with a focus on S-Corporations and Partnerships.
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations and compliance issues.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
