Position Summary:

As the CEO/COO, you will be at the forefront of driving our company's vision, overseeing all operational, strategic, and business aspects. Your leadership will be crucial in steering the company towards sustainable growth while maintaining its reputation for luxury and excellence in the exotic car rental market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company's vision and market opportunities.
  2. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
  3. Financial Oversight: Manage the financial health of the company, including asset management and acquisition, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  4. Marketing and Branding: Spearhead marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and market share in the luxury rental sector. Manage business development/new account acquisition (sales).
  5. Customer Experience: Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  6. Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing management team; foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  7. Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and expansion into new markets.
  8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements; manage business risks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CEO/COO or in a similar executive management role, and requirement for leadership experience in the luxury automotive or rental industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
  • Adept at decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
