OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE – HIGH SCHOOL – BILINGUAL MANDARIN
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, charter High School. They pride themselves on helping their students excel academically. The ideal candidate enjoys working with families and helping the administrative office run smoothly.
We are seeking a well-organized, strong bilingual (English & Mandarin) communicator that can help families navigate their child’s education. Aside from the parent student involvement, you will be maintaining the school’s basic operations from facility to supplies to special school events.

You will be reporting to the Director of Operations.
Salary - $60,000-$75,000 depending on experience.
Benefits offered: Health Insurance and 401k.
Days/Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm, Fridays 8am-3pm.
This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities for the Operations Associate:
- Act as one of the many liaisons for students, family and school
- Maintain student attendance and keep accurate files
- Greet visitors, answer phones and distribute mail
- Coordinate transportation for school trips, student events and after school activities
- Help students as needed
- Keep track of student supplies, maintain inventory and handle shipping of packages
- Develop and maintain relationships with families
Requirements for the Operations Associate:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum Associates degree.
- 3- 5 years of office or academic experience
- Must be fluent in Mandarin
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player and solutions-oriented
- Must be able to provide 3 employment references
