What You’ll Do
As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our business by overseeing daily operations and supporting our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Leading and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitoring inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyzing operational performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and legal regulations.
- Collaborating with management to develop and execute business goals.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment industry.
