<li>Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families</li>

<li>Represent the unit's interests with the upper-level management</li>

Requirements:

<ul>\n
<li>Must hold valid State RN License</li>
\n
<li>3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred</li>
\n
<li>2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred</li>
\n
<li>Strong computer skills</li>
\n
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
\n</ul>
