During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:

Job DescriptionDescription:
Overview of Position: A Barback supports bartenders, assisting them in ensuring that all customer needs are met in an expedient, courteous and professional manner.
 
Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Maintain a thorough understanding of NYS Liquor Authority rules and regulations and WMC policies and procedures regarding the service of alcohol.</li>
<li>Maintain full working knowledge of restaurant menus.</li>
<li>Serve guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner and in accordance with standards of service as outlined in training.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean workstation including: washing of sinks, glasses, utensils and equipment.</li>
<li>Perform setup and breakdown of all bar stations.</li>
<li>Clean and reset tables as needed. Reset work area for consecutive functions.</li>
<li>Clean bar, bar back, tables, and counters in bar area.</li>
<li>Assist in the execution of food service preparation, bar promotions and dining room functions.</li>
<li>Set up and breakdown remote beverage centers throughout the premises.</li>
<li>Change soda, beer and/or wine canisters.</li>
<li>Restock and refill liquor, beer cabinets, juice containers, ice sinks, and glassware with all necessary supplies throughout shifts.</li>
<li>Assist with inventory control tasks.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of special functions. </li>
<li>Dispose of garbage and recyclables appropriately.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times.</li>
</ul>
Compensation: $13/hr plus tips
Requirements:
Job Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Must have or obtain TIPS certification prior to starting work in the restaurant.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable interacting with both staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working in a stressful, noisy and crowded work environment.</li>
<li>Able to make accurate change and operate POS systems.</li>
<li>Able to serve both beverage and food quickly, courteously, and efficiently.</li>
<li>Able to service numerous tables simultaneously and work cohesively with kitchen staff.</li>
</ul>
 
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to regularly lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to remain standing for up to 10 hours.</li>
<li>Able to navigate congested areas with an overhead held weighted tray.</li>
<li>Ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.</li>
<li>Ability to climb stairs and ladders.</li>
<li>Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.</li>
</ul>
 
Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
