SHIFT B SUPERVISOR. 
Under the direction of the Kit Packing Manager, the Kit Packing Supervisor works to ensure all jobs are shipped out on time and in an orderly manner. 

Essential Functions:

<li>Provide daily direction to Line Leads once schedule is set.</li>
<li>Review first piece sample with Customer Service at the start of the job to verify specifications and assembly requirements. Verify sample is present at the start of production. </li>
<li>Set up production lines for kit packing projects. Work with Receiving to organize and stage all material required for production by job. </li>
<li>Work to ensure that quality requirements are understood by employees on the kit packing line. </li>
<li>Coordinate first piece and during run quality checks with Quality team.</li>
<li>Set the standard and communicate to all workers the required hourly output needed to complete each project. This is based on the quoted hours for all projects.</li>
<li>Work with Line Leads to optimize efficiencies. Reviewing: Assembly processes (assembly line vs piece work), Distance traveled, Start times, down time, and Best in Class manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Work with Line Leads to complete scorecards and document hours charged to job.</li>
<li>Analyze efficiencies on the line (actual vs estimated).</li>
<li>Facilitate orderly breakdown and put away once jobs are complete. </li>
<li>Train Flower City Group employees, as well as temporary workers, and communicate their responsibility in adhering to the four operating principles: Safety, Quality, Delivery and Flexibility.</li>
<li>Ensure that the plant is always kept in a clean and orderly fashion.</li>

Job Summary
The Legal Assistant works alongside their Attorney, handling cases in the Pre-Litigation phase while maintaining an open line of communication with clients, providers, and inter office teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Daily interaction with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers via phone, email, or in-person.</li>
<li>Research and locate all possible Defendants and Insurance coverage.</li>
<li>Request and follow up with gathering supporting documents. Including, but not limited to police reports, 911 calls, Insurance policies, medical records, bills and/or Liens, etc.</li>
<li>Review, upload, and process daily correspondence delivered via email, fax or through our paperless software.</li>
<li>Schedule and maintain Attorney’s calendar.</li>
<li>Attend client meetings with Attorney.</li>
<li>Ensure cases are updated as needed with all information including, but not limited to Treatment information, gathering of records and bills, confirming insurance coverages and/or liens, confirm all medical providers have insurance information for billing purposes, verify balances, requesting and processing of PIP logs, etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Preparing demands and closing statements.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Bi-lingual: (English/Spanish) plus but not required.</li>
<li>One year minimum office experience.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented.</li>
<li>Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume (65-75 cases)</li>
