Le quotidien :
<ul>
<li> Assurez une satisfaction client constante en exécutant la routine de réussite du MIC (Manager in Charge) et en priorisant les besoins des clients.</li>
<li> Superviser l'exécution des tâches d'excellence par les membres de l'équipe et maintenir une apparence propre et soignée.</li>
<li> Assurer la sécurité alimentaire, la qualité et l’exactitude des commandes.</li>
<li> Résoudre rapidement les plaintes des clients, en maintenant des relations positives avec eux.</li>
<li> Fournir régulièrement des commentaires au directeur général sur les performances des membres de l’équipe.</li>
<li> Offrir des commentaires constructifs et positifs continus aux membres de l’équipe.</li>
<li> Participer activement à la formation des membres de l’équipe.</li>
<li> Gérez les conflits de manière constructive et travaillez avec le directeur général pour parvenir à une résolution.</li>
<li> Aider le directeur général à sélectionner les candidats membres de l’équipe.</li>
<li> Aider à la gestion des profits et pertes en suivant les procédures de contrôle de trésorerie et de sécurité, en maintenant les stocks et en gérant la main-d'œuvre.</li>
<li> Superviser la préparation, la rotation, le portionnement, la cuisson et les temps de conservation appropriés des produits.</li>
<li> Aider le directeur général à entretenir les installations et s’assurer que les normes de santé et de sécurité sont toujours respectées.</li>

Est-ce toi ?

<li> 1 an d'expérience en restauration/vente au détail, avec 3 mois d'expérience en tant que chef d'équipe préférable</li>
<li> Adhère aux politiques de trésorerie, de sécurité, d'inventaire et de main-d'œuvre</li>
<li> Doit avoir au moins 18 ans</li>
<li> Accessibilité à des transports fiables et sûrs</li>
<li> Excellentes compétences en communication, en gestion/leadership et en organisation.</li>
<li> Dextérité physique requise (capacité de déplacer jusqu'à 45 lb d'une zone à une autre).</li>
<li> La présence et la ponctualité sont indispensables</li>
<li> Utilisation de la caisse enregistreuse selon les besoins et rendu la monnaie aux autres caissiers.</li>
