Job Summary
Sterile Processing Aide: Perform reprocessing activities within Sterile Processing and Equipment Distribution to include decontamination of equipment, preparation of case carts, storage and distribution of medical and surgical supplies and mobile equipment used in the care and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Must wear PPE appropriately and in the appropriate area of the department. </li>

<li>Decontaminates the full range of reusable patient care equipment and medical supplies, including but not limited to containers and equipment such as aspirators, croupettes, oxygen suppliers and small movable equipment using detergents and disinfecting solutions all according to manufacturer’s IFU. </li>
<li>Deliver daily to O.R, Clinics and Nursing Unit inventory to their assigned destination on a timely basis.</li>

Job Summary
 Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. </li>
<li>Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce. </li>
<li>Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality. </li>
<li>Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner. </li>
<li>Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control. </li>
<li>Checks guests at the bar for proper identification. </li>
<li>Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws. </li>
<li>Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed. </li>
<li>Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops; secures bank. </li>
<li>Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized. </li>
<li>Arranges bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area. </li>
<li>Washes and sterilizes stemware. </li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li>

Sunshine is looking for a full-time Director of Patient Services for our Licensed Home Health Agency with offices in New City and the Bronx. Our agency has won numerous awards for staff satisfaction and patient care excellence. As Director of Patient Services, you will play an integral role in the agency's daily operations. 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Manages day-to-day operations of patient services following the organization's mission, philosophy, and goals.</li>
<li>Participates in short- and long-range planning for the home care program and in measures for program growth.</li>
<li>Participates in the development of the department's budget.</li>
<li>Oversee and manages the execution of quality measures including preparation and participation in all quality initiatives and QAPI Committee meetings.</li>
<li>Provides oversight to ensure that all aspects of home care programs including personnel and patient care services operate within the standards and are compliant with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Oversee the execution of plans for the effective management of deficiencies in new case onboarding, service delivery, and relationship management with patients and their family</li>
<li>Supports the company's various clinical initiatives in areas of new programs, employee on-boarding, orientation, in-service, training, and clinical oversight.</li>
<li>Performs field visits to evaluate nurses and perform nursing visits in times of increased demands or scheduling issues.</li>
<li>Participates in collaboration with the HR department planning, implementing, and evaluating the orientation and continuing education of all staff.</li>
<li>Manages the hiring, training and performance management of staff.</li>
<li>Oversee proactively and recommend updates to all policies and procedures in accordance with the needs and rights of clients and caregivers, and compliance with acceptable standards of practice.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree (Preferred) in Nursing Administration, Education, Clinical Specialty, or equivalent field and five years of satisfactory nursing experience, of which three years shall have been in a supervisory or teaching capacity; or a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and six years of satisfying nursing experience, four years of which shall have been in a supervisory or teaching position.</li>
<li>Valid NY RN License and fluency in DOH Rules and Regulations and in-depth working knowledge of home care.</li>
<li>Previous experience working with CHHA/LHCSA preferred.</li>
</ul>
