Key Responsibilities:

<li>Prospecting restaurant and foodservice operations with a need for our service within a protected territory.</li>

Position Overview: Sun River Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at our Westchester Square location. This part-time role will involve providing clinical supervision, overseeing intakes and discharges, managing a caseload, and providing in-service training to staff in a busy outpatient behavioral health clinic. The ideal candidate will have a background in administering programs for individuals with mental health disorders and a passion for supporting both clients and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Clinical Supervision &amp; Staff Support: Provide supervision to clinical staff, including conducting case reviews, offering mentorship, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Patient Care: Manage a caseload of patients, conducting assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for individuals with mental health needs.</li>
<li>Intake &amp; Discharge Oversight: Oversee intake and discharge processes, ensuring appropriate documentation and a seamless patient experience.</li>
<li>Training &amp; Development: Lead in-service training sessions for clinical staff to enhance their skills and improve patient outcomes.</li>
<li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including DOH, OMH, and Joint Commission standards for the delivery of mental health services.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with other health care providers to ensure integrated care and best practice standards for patients.</li>

 Required Qualifications:

<li>Licensure: Valid New York State LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) required.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, including supervisory experience. Experience in managing cases for individuals with serious and persistent mental health conditions is preferred.</li>
<li>Language Skills: Spanish bilingual skills are preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and the ability to provide effective clinical supervision and training.</li>

A31 Clinical Supervisor

Performs ultrasound exams for interpretation to aid in patient diagnosis. Utilizes independent judgment in the application of non-ionizing, high frequency ultrasonic waves for diagnosis of disease. Collaborates with clinicians to ensure appropriateness of studies and performs related administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;
\n
• Prepares patient for ultrasound exam; Positions patient on examination table according to departmental standard operating procedures; explains procedures in layman’s terms to relieve patient of pre-testing anxiety.
\n
• Obtains pertinent imaging and diagnostic reports required for correlation with ultrasound exam being performed; consults with referring physician regarding patient history and to determine appropriate ultrasound exam required.
\n
• Sets-up equipment to administer particular exam in a timely fashion; uses settings on machines to assure accurate results, using technical judgment.
\n
• Recognizes significance of structures visualized in the oscilloscope and differentiates artifacts from normal or pathologic processes; determines need for more extensive evaluations beyond preliminary instructions.
\n
• Observes patient during entire examination. Recognizes and reports any changes in patient’s condition and/or motor abnormality complaints by patient including: fainting, discoloration, etc. in accordance with procedures.
\n
• Documents image details and labels study; maintains records and logs exams performed.
\n
• Performs minor repairs and frequent calibration checks and adjusts ultrasound equipment, when necessary and troubleshoots mechanical problems of the equipment by performing minor repairs as necessary.

Job Qualifications:

• Vocational or Technical school Diploma required.
