The Position
The Senior Director Investor Relations will be responsible for assisting the EVP of Investor Relations in the development of Investor Relations strategies, policies and implementation of investor relations programs with a focus on institutional shareholder base. Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in education, social work, or a related field preferred.</li>

<li>Previous experience working with middle school students in an educational or recreational setting.</li>

<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.</li>

<li>Enthusiasm for working with youth and a commitment to their development and success.</li>

<li>Must pass a background check and meet all DYCD requirements.</li>

Compensation: Youth Workers willbe required to work September June during after-school hours, plusadditionalhours of training, preparation, and follow-up time at a time to be scheduled with GK staff (typically between2:00pm-6:00pm M-F, depending on the site placement). This position is paid $15 an hour for 20 hours per week. GK also offers paid vacation time off, personal days, and sick time. GK staff also have access to retail discounts through our Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
