Job Summary:
This position is focused on generating opportunities, client relationships and brokerage placements of their area of coverage specialty. Creates relationships with existing and new brokerage carriers, to negotiate terms and pricing with a high sense of urgency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Prepares quotations for agents and answers inquiries from agents, policyholder, or prospects.</li>
<li>Reviews requests for cancellation, endorsements, etc.</li>
<li>Reviews policies for renewal consideration and remarketing.</li>
<li>Request additional documentation necessary for the processing of an application, endorsement or cancellation.</li>
<li>Conduct marketing visits to agents and attend industry events.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work with support associates, assistants and central processing to assure work is completed in a timely manor and with accuracy. This may include mentorship and guidance of the team member working with you on risks.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications/Requirements:

<li>Must have Producer’s License.</li>
<li>3 plus years of insurance experience.</li>
<li>Prior exposure to insurance brokerage type activities.</li>

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Conduct comprehensive client assessments&nbsp;to create personalized care plans.
</li>
<li>
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures&nbsp;as required.
</li>
<li>
Monitor clients' health status&nbsp;(vital signs, progress) and adjust care plans as needed.
</li>
<li>
Educate clients &amp; families&nbsp;on disease management, medication use, and home safety.
</li>
<li>
Perform&nbsp;advanced nursing procedures&nbsp;including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter care.
</li>
<li>
Document all care provided&nbsp;in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
</li>
<li>
Ensure compliance&nbsp;with state and federal healthcare regulations.
</li>
<li>
Provide&nbsp;emotional support&nbsp;and guidance to clients and their families.
</li>
<li>
Stay up-to-date with&nbsp;nursing best practices&nbsp;and participate in professional development.
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>
Active LPN License&nbsp;in the state of New York.
</li>
<li>
1-2 years of nursing experience&nbsp;(home health, geriatrics, or similar preferred).
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical skills&nbsp;and ability to perform nursing procedures independently.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication skills&nbsp;and the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
</li>
<li>
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a home care setting.
</li>
<li>
Reliable transportation&nbsp;and or a valid driver’s license.
</li>
<li>
CPR and BLS certification&nbsp;(required).
</li>
<li>
Experience with&nbsp;electronic health records (EHR)&nbsp;systems (preferred).
</li>
</ul>
