Harcourt Collection is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and enjoys managing the details that keep clients, vendors, and internal teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities
As Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting sales and operations. You will:
<ul>
<li>✏️ Write and manage quotes, sales orders, and vendor purchase orders</li>
<li> Track and follow up on existing customer orders, ensuring on-time deliveries and clear communication</li>
<li> Answer client and vendor inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and order status</li>
<li> Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product catalog to confidently guide client conversations</li>
<li> Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items or restocking needs</li>
<li> Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate timelines and updates</li>
</ul>
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or customer service</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities</li>
<li>Experience with CRM, inventory, or ERP systems a plus (e.g., QuickBooks, Monday.com, NetSuite)</li>
<li>A passion for design, interiors, or luxury goods is a plus, but not required</li>
