• Performs Crisis Intervention, and intensive, Short Term, Individual, and Group Psychotherapy and Psycho-educational Groups with outpatients as indicated.
• Participates in multidisciplinary treatment team, attending Staff and Team Meetings, etc.
• Assists with referral activities for individuals not accepted to the AOPD for Services, advocacy activities for assigned outpatients, and discharge planning activities for assigned outpatients who are terminating from the program.
Assists in training of psychology trainees as appropriate/indicated by the Director of Psychological Services.
• Engages in collateral work, courts, and other social agencies. 
• Performs Mental Status Examinations.
• Serves as a consultant to multidisciplinary team regarding psychological, neuropsychological, and psycho-educational evaluations, as indicated.
• Serves as a consultant to the Psychiatric Emergency Rooms
• Participates in in service activities such as Patient Care Monitoring Conferences, Psychology Staff Meetings/In Services, and other departmental training activities.
• Performs related duties such as quality assurance activities, representation as administrative meetings, etc., as assigned by the Director of Psychological Services and/or the Director of Adult Outpatient Services.
 
Minimum Qualifications
For Appointment to Assignment to Level II:
1. Valid license and current registration to practice as a Psychologist issued by the NYSED; or
2. Proof of passing licensing examination and proof that completed license application, and all supporting documentation have been submitted to NYSED, which leads to licensure and registration, within six (6) months.

Duties Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This dental hygienist will work in the Article 16 Dental Clinic (MDC, Tymeson, Doty, and Parkside clinic locations) to help support the needs of approximately 500 individuals across a 10-county area. The Dental Hygienist will perform oral examinations, complete oral prophylactic work, and assist the dentist (in the absence of a dental assistant) in the Article 16 dental office and satellite clinics. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Additional functions include removing calcareous deposits, accretions and stains from the exposed surfaces of the teeth which begin at the epithelial attachment and applying topical agents indicated for a complete dental prophylaxis, removing cement, placing or removing rubber dam, removing sutures, placing matrix band, providing patient education, applying topical medication, placing and exposing diagnostic dental x-ray films, performing topical fluoride applications, and topical anesthetic applications, polishing teeth, taking medical history, charting, caries, taking impressions for study casts, and placing and removing temporary restoration, etc.
The dental hygienist may also be responsible for completing office duties such as filing, pulling patient charts, and correspondence with patients and treatment teams via email and phone calls. The dental hygienist will work with the other dental staff to ensure completeness while ordering supplies and maintaining equipment. The dental hygienist may be asked to sit on committees and participate in agency wide trainings to promote good oral health, in addition to other tasks as requested by supervisor and administration.
