Role Summary
Genesis House is looking to welcome a Food and Beverage Director to oversee all food and beverage operations within the Genesis House restaurant. This leadership role ensures exceptional quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction by managing menu planning, staff, budgets, inventory, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The director will work as the liaison for Genesis Motor America and Jackson Dawson to align on all efforts in operating the Genesis House Restaurant.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>5+ years of food and beverage management, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and beverage service, including mixology.</li>
<li>Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and vendor negotiations.</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.</li>
