The Onsite Manager is the primary client contact for our Adecco programs and the initial escalation point for any client questions and concerns. Through cooperation, ingenuity, and teamwork, the Onsite Manager is responsible for aligning themselves with our client’s business objectives and creating a collaborative partnership.
The Onsite Manager is fully accountable for the strategic, long-term evolution of the client program, including the overall direction and operational management of all business activities. Through the direction of daily recruitment/fulfillment activities, measurements against established KPIs, and the development of collaborative energies. The Onsite Manager will be integral in positioning their teams and programs for continued success.
What you’ll be doing
Grow &amp; Retain Accounts
<ul>
<li>Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts (e.g., HR, Operations) to foster business growth and understand each client's unique needs.</li>
<li>Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction – exhibited through client surveys and business reviews.</li>

<li>Establish a plan to grow and retain existing accounts and newly developed clients.</li>

<li>Serve as an escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers to discuss issues or requests involving the client program and associates.</li>
<li>Ensure all agreed-upon client requirements (both operational and contractual) are completed and in line with agreed SLA targets.</li>
<li>Ensure proper credit references are obtained, and client credit limits are established according to guidelines.</li>
<li>Gain a complete understanding of the TOM and utilize it as a resource to strengthen the Adecco/client relationship.</li>
<li>Partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.</li>

Job Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience. A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred. Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $64,529 - $118,304. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&amp;D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Summary: 
The Special Procedures Neuro Vascular Technologist performs imaging procedures and assists in the performance of Interventional Radiology, Neuro Endovascular procedures and Vascular Surgery (Hybrid). Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as assigned, demonstrates the knowledge and skill necessary to provide the appropriate age-based care to the patient population served based on the scope of services in the department.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: 
1.Assists in the checking of daily quality controls for a wide range of equipment utilized in the routine care of a patient presenting to IR, Neuro Endovascular procedures, and Vascular Surgery (Hybrid), ensuring medical equipment is in working order. Assists with inventory management and properly stocks assigned room, prior to the start and end of shift, to ensure all required supplies are available.
2.Reviews history and pertinent images with designated Radiologist/Surgeon and nurses to determine plan and equipment necessary for procedure. Properly identifies patient using two patient identifiers, checks the imaging order for complete information, proper procedure and schedules/prioritizes as needed. Explains the procedure to the patient with professionalism and compassion. Assures that informed consent has been obtained and risk of pregnancy has been assessed, formal time out has been performed prior to the start of the procedure, and that all questions and concerns have been answered to the patientï¿½s satisfaction prior to commencing with procedure.
3.Prepares sterile tray and radiopaque materials for administration by Radiologist.Opens contrast material, maintaining integrity of the sterile syringe, needles, and draws up contrast for injections. Operates power injectors in preparation for and administration of contrast media under the direct supervision of the supervising physician in accordance with department policy and regulatory standards.
4.Assist the physician in the performance of IR, Neuro Endovascular Radiology and Vascular Surgery (Hybrid) procedures to include, but not limited to positioning and prepping patient, maintaining integrity of a sterile field, circulating and scrubbing to assist with handling of instruments, operating and monitoring equipment, passage of catheters/guidewires, calling out equipment readings and alerting team of patientï¿½s change in condition, within scope of practice. 
5.Practices Radiation Safety in accordance with regulations. Selects accurate technical factors on an individual patient basis. Applies knowledge of radiation physics and safety regulations to limit radiation exposure of the public, patient, fellow workers, and self to as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA) and exercises discretion and judgement in the performance of radiographic procedures.
6.Is proficient in the operation of post processing. Performs critique of exam for completeness and correct labeling. Systematically and continuously collects, assesses and documents data in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to provide procedural care for the patient. Is responsible for accurate and timely exam verification within the hospitalï¿½s RIS system, archival of completed studies to the PACS system and supply charging and inventory systems. (Hi-IQ).
7.Troubleshoots technical and mechanical problems and performs minor maintenance on equipment. Properly enters service requests for equipment failure and notifies Lead IR Technologist or IR Manager appropriately. Assists in training of new technologists, physicians, and nurses.
8.Knowledge regarding quality improvement and standards of care within practice area. Participates in ongoing, unit-based quality improvement programs.
9.Pursues knowledge and education that enhances professional practice. Utilizes product literature, professional literature, and company representatives as competency resources. Identifies and communicates educational needs using formal and informal resources. Seeks supervision of performance when appropriate. 
10.Maintain and Model Nuvance Health Values. Strives to maintain constructive, positive working relationships with physicians, peers, other units and support staff. 
11.Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance and consistently documents such in the hospitalï¿½s scheduling / payroll system
