The Before and After-School Program team is responsible for:

- Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Work together with service technicians and other staff to order parts/supplies to ensure completion of repairs on time.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, bills and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience (3 Years Preferably) in auto estimating and negotiating with insurance companies.

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a leading organization in the legal industry, to hire an Events &amp; Special Projects Coordinator. This is a contract role through April 2026, with the potential for extension for a standout candidate.
 
Job Description:
This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of firm-wide events, volunteer programs, and special projects. The position requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and execute in-person events, ranging from small private dinners to larger office receptions.</li>
<li>Manage event budgets, logistics, vendors, and run-of-show planning to ensure a seamless client experience.</li>
<li>Act as the on-site point of contact during events, supporting internal and external participants.</li>
<li>Handle firm swag requests, including inventory management, packaging, shipping, and maintaining the swag database.</li>
<li>Support the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by coordinating volunteer opportunities, updating the CSR platform, and preparing communications such as newsletters and event materials.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in hospitality, events, or another high-pressure, client-facing environment.</li>
<li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong customer service skills.</li>
<li>Flexible and adaptable to handle varied responsibilities (“wearing many hats”).</li>
<li>Willingness to work evenings or weekends for events as needed.</li>
</ul>
Additional Details:

<li>Contract through April 2026 (possible extension).</li>
<li>Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite; evenings and weekends may be required for events.</li>
<li>Full-time hours, typically 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with 45–50 hour weeks during busy event periods.</li>
