JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Safety Security Officer
FLSA: Non-Exempt
DIVISON: Services – Security 
REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor 
SALARY: $19.65 Hourly
SUMMARY:
The Safety Security Officer/Residential Aide is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all client’s, staff, and the property around the facility in a homeless shelter. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and Security Manager of the Facility. Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations required. 
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Perform daily inspections of all clients’ rooms</li>
<li>Escort clients to appointments as needed</li>
<li>Interact with and monitor client’s behavior and maintain good rapport by providing excellent customer service. Encourage clients to comply with facility policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Control access at the main entrance by screening all clients, and visitors, utilizing magnetometer / x-ray machine to detect and prevent weapons from entering the site. </li>
<li>Perform Crisis Intervene to de-escalate potential crisis situations and document all such situations and interventions.</li>
<li>Make hourly rounds throughout entire facility including all hallways, stairwells, floors, bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchen, and office spaces.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents</li>
<li>Assist with client intakes</li>
<li>Perform daily pack ups and logging of client property belonging to AWOL clients</li>
<li>Store and remove client property once the mandated storage time have expired</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized storage area</li>
<li>Complete logs, incident reports and all other required documentation.</li>
<li>Make calls to police, fire department and other first responders as directed.</li>
<li>Perform administrative and receptionist duties at the operations desk; monitor video surveillance cameras, and fire prevention / detection alarm notification system. </li>
<li>Provide duties related to fire incident, evacuation of the building when necessary, utilizing Fire procedure.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety and security of all assigned equipment.</li>
<li>Perform other tasks as assigned.</li>

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED and prior security experience required. Must have NYS Security Guard License, and current 8 Hour Annual Certificate. Fire Guard License for Shelters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Certified in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) preferred. Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and overtime if necessary.

<li>Test on Completion, review of Electrical Test Certification, closing of punch lists: The supervisor shall review the Electrical Test Certification. When approved the supervisor shall conduct a full inspection walkdown (Test on completion) of the Turbine Foundation, by using DIT. Punch list(s) shall be submitted to Contractor and closed prior to loadout deadline.</li>
<li>Documentation responsibilities: Ensure all associated and relevant documentation is received, reviewed, and uploaded to the dedicated project document control system. E.g. test documents, delivery notes, incoming inspection reports, observation/NCR reports, photos, DIT reports etc.</li>
<li>Reporting: Daily Provide Fabrication Manager with input to monthly reports regarding progress, status, deliveries, open points and any other project related info.</li>

Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.
Job Tasks include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Accurately post cash receipts from customers in SAP S4/Hana.</li>
<li>Monitor and control the Accounts Receivable Aging (DRO); distribute monthly statements and proactively follow-up on past due or open amounts.</li>
<li>Reconcile open items on account; follow-up with customers, issue manual invoices/credit memos and perform account adjustments, when necessary.</li>
<li>Enter customer issues into ‘customer complaint’ database, Signum, if not already there, and provide feedback on status.</li>
<li>Maintain customer database; set up new customers, maintain terms and credit limit, billing address changes.</li>
<li>Freight claim filing and collection.</li>
</ul>
Experience
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED; knowledge of Accounts Receivable</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2-4 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.</li>
<li>Basic computer literacy and knowledge of accounting basics and principles.</li>
<li>Other languages preferred: Spanish and/or German is a plus but not necessary.</li>
<li>Able to read, write and speak English</li>
