Job Summary

Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday (5:00pm-9:00pm)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Clean and restock restrooms.</li>
<li>Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting</li>
<li>Clean break areas (wipe down table, chairs, counters, stair)</li>
<li>Clean Offices</li>
<li>Empty trash</li>
<li>Other cleaning duties as needed</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must have the ability to work with other crew members.</li>
<li>Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor's instructions.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to show judgment and to work independently.</li>

Pay Rate: $68,000.00-$75,000.00
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm during the school year (August 20th-June 26th) with summers and school breaks off

Here’s what a Head Preschool Teacher’s day looks like:

<li>Ensure each student's health and safety at all times through adherence to our daily protocols</li>
<li>Lead DOE 4's preschool classes while using the Creative Curriculum to bring learning to life!</li>
<li>Support each student in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth by learning through play in a positive and caring way</li>
<li>Engage daily with parents and caregivers, sharing your classroom’s day-to-day activities and developmental milestones.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, demonstrating enthusiasm for positively impacting children's lives to include observing teaching staff and providing appropriate feedback and instruction.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Head of School on administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, and enrollment management.</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

<li>Hold 2+ years of lead teaching experience in an early childhood classroom or Pre-k, Kindergarten, or grades 1-2 (required)</li>
<li>Have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in early childhood education or related field (required)</li>
<li>Have a New York State Early Childhood Initial or Permanent Certification in 1-6 or B-2 (required)</li>
<li>Strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced early childhood environment.</li>
<li>Are a lifelong learner!</li>

Physical Demands:
