Join our Emergency Department (ED), a dynamic unit with 11 medical beds and 6 psychiatric beds, providing urgent care for a wide range of patient needs, including medical, surgical, trauma, pediatric, orthopedic, psychiatric, and behavioral health concerns. We also occasionally care for OB/GYN and dental issues, making this a fast-paced and diverse environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

OUR UNIT:
Join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), a 9-bed unit that provides high-acuity care to critically ill patients, including those experiencing ventilatory support, drips, respiratory distress, sepsis, and overdose. We are proud to collaborate with Rochester General Hospital’s (RGH) SICU through daily telemedicine, ensuring seamless access to expert care and support for our team.
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Clifton Springs Hospital, you are the engine and the heart of patient care at Rochester Regional Health. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care
</li>
<li>
Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e. physical, psychological, educational and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological / developmental age of the patient).

Communicates and documents assessment of patient with the interdisciplinary team. Utilizes all available resources in order to meet the needs of the patient and family.
</li>
<li>
Develops and documents plan of care, treatment and services which is individualized and appropriate for the patient needs, strengths, limitations and goals.

<li>
Complies with organizational policies, procedures and protocols including policies governing safety, medication administration and documentation.
</li>
<li>
Revises plan of care based on ongoing evaluations and updates documentation appropriately.
</li>
<li>
Completes at least one clinical research utilization (CRU) form for submission to Nursing Research Department utilizing a research article from the last 5 years from research performed in the United States. Compliance

Completes a minimum of 5 nationally approved contact hours (CNE or CEU) per year.
</li>
<li>
Completes mandatory in-services and health screens in timely manner.
</li>
<li>
Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

About the Opportunity 
Front Desk Manager | $75-$85K
<ul>
<li>Lead and supervise a Front Desk Coordinator, twelve Gallery Assistants, Sales Interns and Gallery Attendants across all five DZNY locations (DZ69, DZ20, DZHQ, DZ19, 52W). Make regular rounds throughout all spaces, ensuring that: </li>

<li>Adequate staffing levels are fulfilled at all times </li>
<li>Daily duties of front desks at all locations are successfully maintained</li>

What you'll do:
Team Leadership &amp; Management
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage the Front Desk (FD) team of Gallery Assistants (GAs), and Sales Interns, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.</li>
<li>Conduct weekly team meetings and regular check-ins to coach, mentor, and support direct reports.</li>
<li>Manage team workload and distribute assignments equitably.</li>
<li>Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training strategies to build and maintain a strong, stable FD team.</li>
<li>Support and empower Front Desk Coordinator in complex decision-making and operational challenges.</li>

Training, Onboarding &amp; Development

<li>Ensure new Front Desk hires are adequately trained and onboarded.</li>
<li>Lead communication and training initiatives to align the team on goals, SOPs, and operational changes.</li>

What we would like you to have

<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.</li>
