RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

<li>Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment</li>
<li>Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming &amp; session notes</li>
<li>Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications</li>
<li>Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks</li>
<li>Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software</li>
<li>Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments</li>
<li>Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes</li>

QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.</li>
<li>CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.</li>
<li>Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.</li>

Job Summary: Family Reception Center is a counseling program for families facing child welfare-related challenges who want to address critical needs, repair and improve family relationships, and ensure the safety and well-being of children so that their family can safely stay together. The Social Worker provides direct clinical and casework services to their assigned families utilizing the Solution-Based Casework (SBC) model. The Social Worker will meet or exceed expected agency standards of professionalism and comply with Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) policies and contractual commitments.

Major Duties:
Direct Work with Families
<ul>
<li>Engage families immediately upon referral to the program, participating in ACS Child Safety Conferences as needed, to assess suitability and readiness for intervention.</li>
<li>Provide home-based and on-site family therapy and short-term crisis intervention for designated caseload of 12 families (maximum) that is consistent with the SBC model.</li>
<li>Review referral information, identify and engage key participants, identify systemic strengths and weaknesses, conduct screenings and assessments, and develop individualized service plans for assigned families that is within the model specifications and aligned to ACS expectations. </li>
<li>Regularly assess caregiver capacity, home environment and conditions, and discipline and supervision methods employed by caregivers to ensure child safety and well-being.</li>
<li>Handle case-related crises with professionalism, urgency, and care, including incidents involving reports to the State Central Registry.</li>
</ul>
Administrative and Advocacy Role
<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain timely and accurate FASP documentation, monthly statistical reports, and progress notes for each session in adherence with agency policy utilizing PROMIS, Connections, and other required databases.</li>
<li>Participate in all SBC model training, supervision, consultation activities, as well as program and agency staff meetings and trainings.</li>
<li>Ensure certification in SBC model within the expected timeframe by utilizing and documenting key practice skills and submitting required documentation and information as required by model developer. </li>
<li>Collaborate closely with ACS personnel, school staff, medical and mental health clinics, and other stakeholders serving family members in order to make sound and effective decisions.</li>

<li>Attend and participate in Family Court hearings for families involved with ACS Family Services Unit (FSU), providing Court reports as needed to inform as to families’ progress or lack of progress in meeting goals.</li>
<li>Provide consultation to and collaborate with the program’s Family Workers as needed to ensure high quality case management services for families.</li>
<li>Represent participant needs, concerns, and perspectives at all required ACS and GSS meetings and trainings.</li>

 Qualifications:

<li>MSW or other related Master’s degree; clinical license preferred</li>
<li>Two years of child welfare and/or counseling experience required</li>
<li>Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred</li>

<li>Must be willing and able to travel throughout southwest Brooklyn catchment area to conduct in-home meetings with assigned families</li>

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will identify, engage, and convert high-potential opportunities into long-term, full-rate production sales relationships—centered on advanced optical lenses, assemblies, and related components.
