Position Overview
We are seeking a warm, professional Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, calming environment and ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The Concierge will assist clients with questions, notify therapists of arrivals, and maintain the overall environment of the front office.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients promptly and warmly as they arrive for appointments
- Manage check-in process and notify therapists of client arrivals
- Maintain a calm, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Answer basic questions about the office, services, and appointment flow
- Support the team with light administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure waiting areas remain tidy and inviting
Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Schedule & Compensation
- 8-4am shift, and 1-9pm shift
- $17/hour
