We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from top players in the industry. We are looking for someone who is hungry to close deals, build lasting client relationships, and grow within a high-performance brokerage environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and secure new clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach

  • Represent landlords, tenants, buyers, or sellers in commercial lease and sales transactions

  • Conduct property tours, prepare offering memorandums, and negotiate deal terms

  • Research market trends, availabilities, and comparable transactions

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline activity

  • Collaborate with senior brokers on exclusive listings and active deals

Qualifications:

  • Active NY Real Estate License (Preferred)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and as part of a team
