Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Pediatric ICU Registered Nurses for night shift coverage in a high-acuity PICU. The ideal candidate must have strong pediatric critical care experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center and be confident managing complex cases independently.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of PICU experience

• Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center required

• Recent acute care experience within the past 2 years

• Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size/acuity

• EPIC EMR experience preferred

Required Licensure & Certifications:

• Current New York State RN Registration

• BLS Certification (must be current and eligible for recertification)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric critical care

• Perform detailed patient assessments in a high-acuity ICU setting

• Deliver care independently with minimal supervision

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric critical care teams

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
