Position Overview

We’re looking for a Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager who thrives on internet culture and knows how to build momentum for artists online. In this role, you'll drive full-stack digital campaigns—leading everything from social content strategy to paid media execution—while staying tapped into trends that matter to fans. You’ll be deeply embedded in music releases, brand storytelling, and audience growth across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Build and manage digital marketing campaigns for NEWWRLD artists, releases, and events

• Create rollout plans, post schedules, and growth strategies tailored to each artist

• Run paid media campaigns (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google) and report on performance

• Track KPIs like engagement rate, follower growth, and conversions—and adjust accordingly

Social Media Management

• Manage daily content calendars for artists and brand channels

• Collaborate with creatives to develop short-form video, memes, graphics, and live content

• Spot trends early and build campaigns that capitalize on viral moments

• Maintain consistent tone of voice and visual identity across platforms

Reporting & Coordination

• Provide regular reporting on content performance and campaign ROI

• Liaise with internal NEWWRLD teams (A&R, production, business affairs) and external collaborators

• Coordinate influencer outreach and UGC campaigns, especially on TikTok and Instagram

• Stay current with platform algorithms, monetization tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 2–4+ years in digital marketing or social media—preferably within music or youth culture

• Strong understanding of TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and streaming-era artist development

• Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Chartmetric, Canva, and CapCut

• Exceptional communication, time management, and project execution skills

• Passion for music, storytelling, and viral digital culture

• Bonus if you’ve worked directly with artists, labels, or managers on digital rollouts

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience managing creators or influencer campaigns

• Light design/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite)

• Prior work with indie labels, distributors, or music marketing agencies
