What You’ll Do:

Run diagnostic analytics to determine why specific outcomes occurred by comparing and interpreting data sets

Perform predictive analytics to identify trends and help the organization make proactive decisions

Collaborate with staff across departments to extract and analyze data for high-impact initiatives, including the CCBHC demonstration model

Track and report on CCBHC quality measures and other federal/state-required indicators to drive informed management decisions

Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy standards in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and BHSN policies
What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering)

2+ years of experience as a data analyst, researcher, statistician, or qualitative analyst preferred

Proficiency in SQL tables and Crystal Reports (minimum 2 years required)

Prior experience with state or federal grant reporting strongly preferred

Healthcare or human services experience (2+ years) strongly preferred

Familiarity with Netsmart products (especially MyAvatar NX) is a plus
