Director of Sales Benefits & Compensation


  • Competitive base salary of $125,000 - $140,000 per year, with discretionary annual bonuses.

Director of Sales Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • 5 years of experience in the hospitality or travel and tourism industry preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) and MS Office.


Director of Sales Preferred Background & Skills


  • Experience in group sales and travel trade industry.
  • Familiarity with the NYC tourism market is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in sales.


Director of Sales, Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Have Experience with Group Sales
  • Build partnerships
  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ticket sales and revenue goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans targeting groups and travel trade segments.
  • Oversee sales operations, including contract management and pricing.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline sales processes and align strategies with business goals.
