We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Catering Administrator to support daily operations in our corporate food service and hospitality program. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless coordination between catering services, kitchen operations, and client needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in food service or hospitality, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Enter Catering orders into CaterXPert
- Place separate Kosher meal orders as required
- Create agendas for bi-weekly meetings with the client
- Maintain SOP document
- Maintain GP documents within the client's shared drive
- Liaise between client and GP, catering to ensure smooth ordering & delivery of product
- Print daily menus and other printing needs
- Assist with creating daily event timelines
- Assist as needed with monthly “pop-up” events
- Enter staffing schedules and coordinate building access for guests
- Maintain Pantry list and Waste Logs
- Provide assistance as needed and, when time permits, help coordinate catering orders.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the kitchen, catering, and facilities teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate any guest feedback or special requests to the catering or café manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage cafe and catering responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Schedule: Full Time, On-Site
Base salary: $ 26.00 /hour
