Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selection.

Provide detailed information about bakery products, including ingredients, flavors, and specials.

Take customer order accurately.

Package baked goods neatly efficiently for take out.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of counter area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.

Follow food safty and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean environment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

uphold customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team

Ability to stand for extended periods

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
