Sales Executive - Remote/Hybrid
We are specifically seeking a hardcore sales professional with a strong healthcare background who has direct experience selling healthcare education products, for example, training courses designed to upgrade professionals' experience in their relevant fields, and who can manage the full sales cycle including key account management and client interaction.

Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to support growth in healthcare education. This role combines strategic analysis, business development, and relationship management to drive sales and expand our client base. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, committed team players, and adept at identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue prospective clients within the healthcare education sector

Perform market research to uncover new business opportunities

Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and onsite visits

Present and demonstrate training programs and services effectively

Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve targets

Maintain executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor

Provide ongoing support to ensure high client satisfaction

Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline progress

Provide market feedback to leadership for strategic planning

Achieve a 25% increase in revenue within the first 12 months

Acquire 15 new clients within the first 6 months

Reduce average sales cycle from 90 days to 60 days within 6 months
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field

3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare education or a related industry

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Professional demeanor and strong networking abilities

Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events
