Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions. Monthly Closing. Banking Reconciliation. QuickBooks. Knowledge of AIA Billings.

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.

Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries. Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

Direct and Supervise the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and procedures.

Assists the the CFO with the preparation of the annual budgets and financial forecast.

Direct tax preparation and filing activities.

Participate in the development and improvement of internal controls.

The General Construction Accountant will also be responsible for creating financial reports, managing project cash flow, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

Preparing reports and maintaining accurate documentation of administrative activities.

Performing other duties as assigned by management.
