Job Description
We are seeking a driven and strategic Agency Brand Manager to join our team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for selling Nielsen’s Audience Measurement products and services to advertising agency brand teams representing top U.S. advertisers, primarily located on the East Coast. You will collaborate closely with Nielsen’s advertiser teams, specialist sellers, and cross-functional teams to provide innovative, data-driven solutions that address clients' media and business challenges.
Responsibilities:

Interface directly with clients in support of new business opportunities, and consultative sales programs.

Identify, prospect and develop new client relationships and generate new sales/product opportunities with net-new clients.

Identify opportunities and develop proposals that address the client’s core business issues.

Draft client presentations that tell a story by translating data into key insights.

Work closely with internal Nielsen partners, support teams and stakeholders to deliver products, services and drive client satisfaction.

Managing the sales process from prospecting, to negotiating and closing contracts.

Communicate and prioritize client requirements, resolving all issues in a proactive and timely manner.

Develop solid understanding of each product and solution, and how the data can be used to improve business performance.

Conduct client meetings to build and maintain relationships.

Attend client and industry-specific meetings.

Sales administration - maintenance of opportunity pipeline and contract management.
Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the advertising, media, or data-driven marketing industries.

Ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that leverage Nielsen's audience measurement tools.

Proven experience selling audience measurement services, advertising effectiveness solutions, or data-driven marketing solutions to brands, agencies and/or media planners/buyers.

Experience with planning and/or buying data, as well as audience measurement services, including knowledge of addressable advertising, programmatic buying, and attribution measurement.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment under tight deadlines.

A collaborative spirit and a proactive, can-do attitude.
