RN – House Supervisor

Shift Details:

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: Flexibility required for any portion of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, or 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

Experience Required:

• Previous Charge Nurse experience (required)
• Strong background in Inpatient Acute Care, Med/Surg–Telemetry, Code Management, and Crisis Response
• Epic experience (required)

Certifications:

• ACLS (required)
• BLS (required)

Patient Population & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing 311+ beds, including:
  • Emergency Department
  • Family Birth Place
  • Surgical Services
  • 14 Medical-Surgical Units
  • 20-bed ICU
• Collaborates with ICU Charge RN and Providers for RRT and Code Team management
• Supported by centralized staffing office and off-shift nurse manager (4p–2a, 4 shifts/week)

Facility Details:

• Unit: Unity Hospital
• Scrubs: Navy blue or white combo

Contract & Compliance:

• 13-week contract
• No locals (must live 75+ miles from facility)
• Pending license not accepted
• RTO: Maximum 1 week allowed per contract
