Automotive Lab Technician – Help Build the Next Generation of Auto Pros!

We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy Automotive Lab Technician to support instructors and guide students through real-world automotive training. If you've got a knack for fixing things, enjoy working with people, and love the smell of motor oil in the morning—this could be your perfect fit.
Pay: $41,600 – $49,920 per year
What You'll Do:
In the Classroom & Shop:

Support instructors during hands-on labs and classroom lessons

Help students safely use tools and equipment

Assist with grading, demos, and keeping things running smoothly

Encourage students to reach for ASE certifications
In the Shop:

Keep tools, equipment, and shop vehicles clean and in working order

Report any repairs or equipment issues

Help maintain records, attendance, and student evaluations

Be a friendly, helpful presence in the lab every day
Schedule: 4-Day Workweek!
Monday – Thursday only

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of automotive experience

Passion for cars, tools, and teaching

Strong attention to detail and safety
