As a Sr. Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients, promoting cutting-edge service models, and expanding our presence in the US. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to new client onboarding
- Navigate complex sales processes, influencing stakeholders at all decision-making levels
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with prospects and clients
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences (2-3 times per year)
What Were Looking For
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition within Professional Staffing or Managed Services
- 7+ years experience selling professional staffing services (IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, etc.) to mid-market and enterprise customers
- 3-5 years experience selling Managed Services (RPO, MSP, VMS) is a strong plus
- Strong connections and active relationships within the Talent Acquisition ecosystem (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders)
- Well-established relationships with key decision makers in Technology, Finance, Engineering, and related fields
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors degree required
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be based in the US and able to travel to industry conferences as needed
