Key Responsibilities:
Delivering Purposeful Bodywork

• Provide high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to individual needs and treatment plans, in a private setting.
• Support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance movement through evidence-informed techniques in the Orthopedic and Sports physical therapy population.
• Partner with physical therapists to reinforce treatment goals and optimize patient outcomes.

Creating a Healing Environment

• Treat every patient with professionalism, compassion, and empathy.
• Ensure your treatment space is spotless, organized, and ready to support healing at every session.

Collaborating as a Clinical Teammate

• Integrate seamlessly with our DPTs, PT Techs, and PCCs to deliver a unified care experience.
• Share insights from your sessions that may inform physical therapy interventions.
• Be a reliable, respected contributor to our patient-centered care model.

Upholding Safety & Professional Standards

• Maintain compliance with all HIPAA, state licensing, and ethical guidelines.
• Stay attuned to patient comfort and contraindications throughout every session.

Supporting the Patient Journey

• Educate patients on the benefits of massage as part of their recovery and wellness plan.
• Help clients understand the connections in their bodies.
• Inspire each patient to reclaim ownership of their health.
