We are seeking a driven and highly motivated National Accounts Sales Rep to develop and manage relationships with chain accounts across the industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to drive business growth through proactive sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience managing key accounts, setting up high-level meetings, and leveraging CRM tools to track progress and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Relationship Management

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within national chain accounts.

Build a strong network of contacts to expand the company’s presence and sales opportunities.

Proactively seek out and set up meetings with key stakeholders in target accounts.

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow national accounts.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements to maximize revenue opportunities.

CRM & Goal Management

Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage account relationships, and monitor progress towards sales goals.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure consistent communication and relationship-building.

Regularly review and adjust sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Industry Expertise & Learning

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Continuously develop product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance effectiveness.

Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to establish brand presence and generate leads.

Travel Requirements

Travel may be required to meet clients, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
